Anyone working in software testing which has achieved an outstanding point in their career. Now, you can achieve the ISTQB Technical Test Analyst certification.

ISTQB Technical Test Analyst: Entry Requirements

Successful completion of the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level and a minimum of three years of testing experience is recommended.

The Intermediate Certificate may also be essential but is not required.

The CTAL-TTA Certification Exam

The CTAL-TTA Certificate is awarded to those who pass a written two-hour multiple-choice exam of 45 questions that is set, moderated, marked, and invigilated by an ISTQB licensed Exam Provider. ISTQB Technical Test Analyst Exam Candidates whose native language is not English get an extra 25% time allowance.

Well, look no further because here are a few points you can take some online practice tests in various formats. It can be a good idea to evaluate your current experience level before you start your course so that a baseline can be set. A suggestion would be to do an ISTQB Technical Test Analyst mock exams without any revision. Do not worry about how long it takes you at this stage, but see if you can understand the question and the multiple-choice answers being given.

Give it a shot and then mark it and understand what your result is. At this stage, it would not give much of an insight, especially if this is the first attempt, but do not worry about the result at this point because your improvement starts from here.

Alternatively, if you despise trees and paper-based is the way forward for you, there are many mock exams you can pick up.

2. Glossaries and Terminology

During the course, you will come across a lot of new terminologies. Now that you have completed your first CTAL-TTA exam, it would be a good idea to go back over the incorrect questions and reference expressions in the question to the ISTQB Glossary.
